Andrew Clarke is a pioneering chef, fire-cooking specialist, and creative consultant with over 25 years at the forefront of the UK and international food scene. He made his name with the celebrated London restaurants Brunswick House and St Leonards, and is the visionary behind Acme Fire Cult — a live-fire restaurant in Dalston known for its vegetable-led menu, low-waste ethos, and cult following.

 

As co-founder of Pilot Light campaign, Andrew continues to champion mental health awareness in the hospitality industry, helping shift the culture of kitchens worldwide.

 

Today, he collaborates with restaurants, lifestyle brands, and hospitality ventures on everything from menu development and operational strategy to brand identity and experiential design.
